Scanning 30+ job boards, continuously

apply like you have
a whole team behind you.

One person can read a few job boards an evening. Maabar reads thirty at once, judges every role against what you can actually do, and writes the email, the CV and the letter for each one worth your name.

How it runs

three moves, then it keeps going without you.

01

Tell it who you are

Paste your CV once. Maabar mines the skills, the seniority and the evidence it will quote later.

02

It reads the market

Thirty boards, every scan, scored against your profile and your right to work there.

03

You approve, it sends

Applications arrive written and addressed to a verified human. You read, you tap, it goes.

Coverage

One scan reads more openings than a person could in a year.

Most people watch two or three sites and see a fraction of what is out there. Maabar queries every major applicant-tracking system, the aggregators, and any careers page or feed you point it at. Every scan widens the feed, and nothing already found is ever discarded.

Judgement

Every role is understood before it reaches you.

Maabar reads each posting, works out which skills it genuinely demands, and measures how much of that you already cover. It weighs seniority so junior candidates are not buried under lead roles, and reads work-authorisation signals, so anyone applying across borders knows where they can realistically be hired.

88Seniority matches your history

Every score is explained, never a black box.
The writing

Not a template with your name pasted in.

Every application is composed from your own history against that specific posting, in the language the posting was written in. A German employer receives real German. A Spanish one, real Spanish. Never a translation.

Mail-merge tools Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to apply for the position advertised. I am a passionate team player with a proven track record and excellent communication skills…
Maabar Dear Nordbahn Group hiring team,

I rebuilt the reporting pipeline that took our month-end close from nine days to two - the exact problem your Senior Data Analyst posting describes.

The fastest way to judge me is fifteen minutes, your questions first.

Delivery

It finds the human, and proves the mailbox is real.

Maabar looks for the person who owns the role rather than a generic inbox, then asks the company's own mail server whether that address exists. Anything it merely inferred and cannot confirm is dropped instead of risked, because a bounce costs you the opportunity and damages your sending reputation.

The full toolkit

Everything between "I need a job" and "I signed the offer".

Autopilot

Missions run on your schedule: scan, score, verify, draft. Sending is paced like a person and capped daily, so your mailbox reputation survives the volume.

A CV rebuilt per role

Not one document sent everywhere. Each posting gets your experience reordered around what it asks for, in an ATS-safe layout, with the credential that matters here on top.

It learns from replies

Maabar measures which approaches actually got answered and re-ranks accordingly. If named contacts outperform generic inboxes, it shifts on its own, without being told.

Review queue

Every prepared application in one place, each showing how confident we are in the recipient. Edit any word, then send with a tap.

Form Sprint

Most roles live behind an application form. Sprint opens them one at a time, pre-answered from your dossier. Maabar never presses Submit - that stays yours.

Your data never leaves

Your CV, your history, your drafts: stored in your own browser and processed on your machine. We hold your name, your email, and whether your subscription is active.

Pricing

One subscription. Everything included.

No tiers to decipher and no features held hostage. Every capability on this page is in the plan.

the job you want is not waiting for a better CV. it is waiting for someone who showed up first, with the right words, to the right person.

That is the entire job Maabar does, every day, while you get on with your life.
Questions

The things people actually ask.

How is this different from applying through LinkedIn or Indeed?

Those are places to look. Maabar is the thing that does the work. It reads those listings and thirty other sources at once, scores every role against your real skills, then writes the actual application - email, CV and cover letter, each specific to that posting. A job board hands you a list. Maabar hands you finished applications waiting for approval.

Will employers be able to tell it was automated?

There is nothing to tell. Every message is genuinely different, built from your own history against that specific posting, sent from your own mailbox at human pace, addressed to a person whose mailbox we confirmed exists. No tracking pixels, no mail-merge fingerprints, no "Dear {FirstName}". Most candidates send weaker letters by hand.

How do you know the address actually works?

We ask the company's own mail server before anything is sent, and it answers whether that mailbox exists. Addresses we inferred but cannot confirm are dropped rather than risked. This was rebuilt after auditing a real user's inbox where seventeen of twenty-three bounces came from plausible-looking addresses that no server had ever confirmed.

What about roles that require an application form?

Roughly seven in ten postings do. Form Sprint opens them one at a time with your answers already filled from your dossier - contact details, education, certifications, languages, motivation, availability. You review and submit yourself. Maabar never submits for you, and never invents answers about experience, clearance, citizenship or references.

I am applying to another country. Does it understand that?

Yes, and it is one of the reasons people stay. Maabar reads each posting for work-authorisation signals and tells you whether a role is realistically open to you before you spend an evening on it. It only rules something out on an explicit blocker - silence about visas is never treated as rejection, so you do not lose real chances to a guess.

What happens to my CV and personal data?

It stays in your browser. Your dossier, your feed and every draft are stored on your own device and processed there. Our server keeps your name, your email, a hashed password and whether your subscription is active - a complete user leaves about seven kilobytes with us. Export everything as a single file whenever you like and import it on another machine.

Does the AI cost extra?

No. The built-in engine writes instantly, offline, at no additional cost, and it is what most people use. If you would rather use a cloud model you can supply your own OpenAI, Gemini or Claude key - it is validated on the server and never exposed in the page. Your choice, your bill, no markup from us.

How quickly will I see something?

The first scan takes about a minute and fills your feed immediately. Applications are drafted in seconds rather than minutes, so a normal first session ends with well over a hundred finished, personalised applications ready for review. What the market does next is not ours to promise - but you will have sent more considered applications in an hour than most people manage in a month.

your next job is already posted.

Maabar has almost certainly already read it. Set your profile up once, and let it do the finding, the writing and the sending.
